I did not get all channels after I reinstalled MP. Reason is that some senders (like Hörby) has changed channels after the closing down of analog channels on 15/10.
If you have the same problem here is how you can fix it:
1) Go to www.teracom.se. Look under "Frekvenstabeller" and "Frekvenstabeller tv". In the list locate your sender. Write down the channel numbers listed for your sender (Nät1 - Nät 5)
2) Go to "Omvandlingstabell". This page list the frequencies for each channel. For example channel 33 has frequency 570 (MHz).
3) Open dvbt.xml (note: this is for Tv Server). Scroll down to the section for your sender. Edit the Carrier frequency one row for each channel. Carrier frequency is in khz so for the example above you set it to 570000
Here is what I have changed Hörby to:
