Switch automatically to desired TV show (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I used the search but it seems that nobody has asked for this feature yet (or I'm too stupid to search)...

I would like to have the opportunity in the EPG to select a TV Show, so that MP switches automatically to that channel one or to minutes before it starts.

I know there is the "remind"-feature, but sometimes I miss the window that should remind me. So an automatic switch would be fine.

Replaytv has this feature... I comes up with a prompt that says changing channel in 30 seconds (and counts down). If you don't touch anything it changes to the channel. If you hit select it removes the prompt it still changes. You can hit exit to cancel the channel change.

I would also like to see the same thing on the record side for those of us who have single tuners. Sometimes the show you are watching is better than the show that is scheduled to record.

well, have to admit I miss that feature too...

currently workaround is to schedule a recording for that show, so mp will be forced to switch to it, but you have to stop and/or delete recording.
