Switching between channel groups (1 Viewer)

This may be a simple question to answer, but is there an easier way to switch channel groups than going to the "channel menu" under TV Guide? I ask because in GBPVR it was very easy with the plugin called TV Listings. With it, one only had to click at the top of the screen and it would toggle between/among the channel groups available. So, if I was looking at the "cable" tv guide, I only had to click at the top of the screen to change to the ATSC TV guide.

I just came back to using MP after a long time and installed Streamed MP (currently configuring) but haven't seen a one-click solution to do what I did with GBPVR.

I found that the aMPed skin does provide this function, although I do like the StreamedMP. (maybe streamedmp does it too, but i haven't seen an option for it.)
