℗ symbol instead of Π (greek translation problem) (1 Viewer)

Hi I'm using the Greek translation of StreamedMP skin and I have some problem with the way that it depicts some characters.

The most prominent being the greek letter Ππ (Pi) which is depicted as ℗. Being such a central letter of the greek alphabet it makes reading a lot harder (thinking of RSS feeds).

Also Ωω (Omega) is another letter which is depicted wrongly (and maybe a couple others which I have not found yet).

Can I reassign the right characters to their perspective letters, and if yes how would that be possible?

I believe we need someone experienced in editing font files to fix our fonts up. I haven't looked into this so if anyone knows how please help us.
