Is it possible to sync music (mp3 or radio-streams) on different clients, so when I walk trough the house the music in the different rooms is the same and in sync?

I think that is a program to keep files synchronised at 2 or more PC's.
What I mean is that 2 PC's play the same MP3 or musicstream, and when I walk from 1 room to the other the music on the 2 PC's are in sync.

I like to stick with MP, but Pluto does certainly has some nice features I would like to see in MP, like follow me.
