[QUOTE="mm1352000, post: 1103794, member: 82144"] Hello again :) Hmmm, it seems you're scanning with the Vännäs Granlundsberget file which has the following frequencies: [LIST] [*]682000 kHz [*]706000 kHz [*]754000 kHz [*]594000 kHz [*]722000 kHz [*]786000 kHz [*]618000 kHz [/LIST] This page seems to verify 5 of those frequencies: [url]http://fmscan.org/ml.php?r=f&t=6800409[/url] This one verifies all of them: [url]http://www.teracom.se/Sandarinformation/Hitta_ratt_tv_mast/[/url] If we assume that the frequencies are right, maybe your signal strength/quality is not good enough. The tune process for transmitter 6 (786 MHz) is taking almost 5 seconds: [2014-10-10 21:24:00,780] [Log ] [13 ] [INFO ] - dvb:Submit tunerequest calling put_TuneRequest [2014-10-10 21:24:05,640] [Log ] [13 ] [INFO ] - dvb:Submit tunerequest done calling put_TuneRequest Compared with the other non-HD transmitters the is very slow. They take about 400 ms: [2014-10-10 21:23:30,092] [Log ] [13 ] [INFO ] - dvb:Submit tunerequest calling put_TuneRequest [2014-10-10 21:23:30,483] [Log ] [13 ] [INFO ] - dvb:Submit tunerequest done calling put_TuneRequest The other HD transmitter takes almost 2 seconds to lock: [2014-10-10 21:24:21,469] [Log ] [13 ] [INFO ] - dvb: RunGraph [2014-10-10 21:24:23,141] [Log ] [13 ] [INFO ] - dvb: LockInOnSignal ok (That is quite close to the default 2 second timeout, so maybe it would also help to increase the tune timeout setting: [url]http://wiki.team-mediaportal.com/1_MEDIAPORTAL_1/141_Configuration/TV-Server_Configuration/06_General#Scan_Tab[/url] ) ...so, I suspect the tuner can detect the transmitter 6 signal, but it isn't quite good enough to lock properly. Yes, red means "no signal"; blue means "locked on signal". Well, the tuner detects the CAM: I saw that you tried to tune one encrypted channel in the latest log: [2014-10-10 21:31:22,145] [Log ] [20 ] [DEBUG] - card: user: PC1:4:-1 tune DVBT:tv:TV4 AB TV4 Film Freq:706000 ONID:8945 TSID:1022 SID:1130 PMT:0x46A FTA:False LCN:34 BandWidth:8 The result was: [2014-10-10 21:31:22,623] [Log ] [20 ] [INFO ] - card: WaitForFile - waiting _eventAudio & _eventVideo [2014-10-10 21:31:37,624] [Log ] [20 ] [INFO ] - card: WaitForFile - no audio was found after 15,0009766 seconds [2014-10-10 21:31:37,624] [Log ] [20 ] [INFO ] - card: WaitForFile - audio and video stream is scrambled This is a standard CI CAM, right? Not CI+/CI-Plus (like Boxer)? There are no PC tuners which support CI+ and pairing, so if the CAM is a CI+ CAM then it probably can't work. Especially if it has to be paired with the hardware. Otherwise, it is possible that the CAM needs more time to pick up the activation. Try to tune one of the free channels on the same transmitter (eg. UK TV6, TV4 Fakta, or TV4 Umeå) and leave for an hour or so. Then try to change to TV4 Film and see if it works. Regards, mm [/QUOTE]
