1. TV Card: TechnoTrend TT-connect S2-3650 CI
1. TV Card Type: DVB-S / USB 2.0

MPEG2 Audio Codec: Cyberlink
Satellite/CableTV Provider: Astra 19.2
I am using the above mentioned USB box and experience problems with changing channels and scrambled channels. When changing channels MP freezes and I have to close it. Scrambled channels are not displayed at all.
Different tests brought me to the conclusion that this is likely to be a driver/compatibility problem.
So first of all my question is: has this box already been tested? Have any experiences been made?
What I tried so far:
- connecting the client on the test-machine to a different server -> changing channels worked, so it must be a server issue
- connecting another machines client to the test-machines server -> same symptoms as if local client was connected, this also points to a server issue
- adding a different card (DVB-T stick) to the system -> switching from DVB-S to DVB-T and within DVB-T is no problem, only switching within DVB-S makes MP hang
- the observed problems are independent of the codecs used
- The logs suggest that there might go something wrong within the bdaapiCIGetSlotStatus function.
Could someone please have a look at that?
