Teletext: white text becomes transparent (1 Viewer)

When watching teletext in full screen mode, all text that should have been white is transparent (the TV programme is displayed through "white" text). Anyone else experienced this behaviour?

I've seen this behaviour as well. but it only shows up on some channels. Looks like those channels use a different colour number for white then others.
