Terratec 2400 black screen after some minutes (1 Viewer)

I've got a big problem with my TV Card : About some minutes of use, the screen become black and there is a message who tell me that there is no Timeshift and no tuner enable.

Does anyone can help me ?

Hi, You have the latest drivers? I have been using the 2400 card for over 2 years and never had this kind of problem (albeit it was unsupported by MP before DMAN fixed that).

Does the problem arise always? Even after a clean boot?

yes the problem arrive always.
I've got the problem with the last driver and although with the previous version

Can you Try creating seperate timeshift folders under TVServer config\RecordingSettings\RecordingFolders

example.

C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\timeshiftbuffer\Card1
C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\timeshiftbuffer\Card2

Now see if you still get no tuning\blackscreen.

After that, I might be tempted to try the manufacturers software, as these cards can go faulty according to ronisle, who had to resolder some dodgy connections on his one

I tried the solution but it doesn't work.
I've tested my card with the Terratec software and it works fine so the problem come from Mediaportal
