Text overlapping & stretching. (1 Viewer)

Hello.

I have a problem, after installing media portal, everything worked great except the menu text is overlapping and stretching across the screen causing some letters to be missing on menus etc.

Example #1 "Main Menu"

Example #2 "My Videos"

What I have tried already.
Searching the forums , Changing Resolutions, Clearing the skin cache, changing settings in the configuration (turning animation off etc.)
none of the above work, well searching the forums might I just didn't find anything .

My Details.
Dedicated server (clean XP-SP3 install)
Resolution currently: 1280x960
Video Card: Geo-force 6800
MediaPortal Ver: 1.0.2.0

I really hope this is just a common problem and I'm dumb and just couldn't find an answer .

Just as an update this also occurs when I uninstalled 1.0.2 and installed 1.1.0 RC2.
