Okay when I install and go to tvserver set up it opens but there is nothing listed under TV Server and no clue as to what that means or how to proceed in the instructions. Any help would be appreciated

Of what - the first step after install is to set up TV server - when I run it opens but there are no listings for a server. There is nothing there to setup. I know I'm new at this but it seems that I need instructions to either manually create the database or force it to recognize hardware or . . . but there isn't much else that I can show you.

Your installation and/or configuration log files can already tell a developer a lot of things.
