Thumbnails: "unknown or invalid JPEG marker type" (1 Viewer)

Hello.

No big deal and mainly for your information...

When trying to open a cover thumbnail generated by MPics with Photoshop I get the following message:
"Could not complete your request because an unknown or invalid JPEG marker type is found."

Yeah I can reproduce. That is because the image is actually a png, not a jpg. Moving Pictures generates png images for thumbnails but for some reason it's saving it with the wrong extension. I am actually extremely surprised that Photoshop can't figure this out on it's own. In the somewhat near future we will be cleaning up the cover/backdrop loading logic and at that point we will fix the issue.
