Thumbs nails for playlists (1 Viewer)

Hi,
I have all my playlist in one folder and would like to use thumbs nails for those. So far I was not successful and therefore assume this feature is missing.

So, here's the request for thumbnails for playlists.

Hi,
If you switch to icon view & name the .jpg same as playlist name is, you get a image for the "playlist".

I think I tried *.jpg before as well as *.tbn, but neither worked.

Now, after your reply I tried t again and neither work.

Because you apprear sure it would work I change other things and finally found the issue. In the same folder, I had a "folder.jpg" to represent the folder if you are one level up. This seem to have precedence to the individual *.jpgs and made all mu3 look the same, name the picture from "folder.jpg".

I would consider this a bug? Should I report that?

I think this is intended behaviour for media.

Though, thinking about it, perhaps thumbnails should be folder.jpg only if no filename.jpg exists? Not sure. Not so much a bug as a matter of preference I think. Perhaps the way you suggest would be less surprising for people (principle of least surprise, and such).
