Summary:
Timeshifting buffer is lost when a scheduled recording forces TV server to change tuned channel.
Area:
TV Server or MyTV
Description:
Assume that only one TV card is installed and MP is configured to force changing tuned channel when a scheduled recording starts. If you are watching a TV show from timeshifting buffer (from behind - lets say half an hour) and scheduled recording starts you cannot watch that half hour TV show.
What I would expect is this: MP should show the warning pop-up that a scheduled recording is started and tuned channel is changed, but should not stop TV playback. One should be able to watch the rest of the timeshifted TV show.
