HI, ive got a problem that as me stumped i hope some1 can help me!
when trying to timeshift (skip back/forward) the timeline just says START and END, and if you look at the bar it is asif there is no timeshift buffer. my HTPC in the livingroom has the server and client running, and ive got several other client PC's on the LAN. When watching TV on the other PCs the timeshifting works fine, so its only on the HTPC itself where i cant timeshift.
when i go to the mp client configuration the streaming server hostname is "HTPC-PC" (the pc's name), if i change it to "localhost" or "192.168.0.1" or "127.0.0.1" and launch MP, the timeshifting works, but only for that session. when i go back to the client config it has changed itself back to "HTPC-PC" and its not working again.
PLEASE HELP!
