I have no idea how the educational system works in Norway but if you want to learn programming I'd recommend you take some courses (preferable at a university). This will spare you a LOT of trouble figuring out basic stuff that any teacher/professor could teach you in minutes.

If that's not an option from you, buy a book. I can't recommend a good beginners book for programming but you'll get everything at one place and don't have to go through dozens of bad tutorials until you find a few good ones...
