[fixed] Titan Editor will not open from shortcut (1 Viewer)

I have attached a screenshot of the error message that comes up when I try to open TitanEditor from the desktop shortcut that was created on the install of 1.6.0 pre release.

I can open the Titan Editor okay from within MediaPortal Configuration = Plug Ins.

Let me know if you need more info (or if I have put this in the wrong forum )

Confirmed.
@ncoH the Editor needs to be compiled against .NET 4 (had the same issue with the SMP editor).
