Currently MPLanguageTool reverts to characters="255" while saving strings_xx.xml file for all languages, even those needidng higher value (f.e. Czech, Hungarian, Greek, Hebrew, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian).
The patch adds such handling. Value for "ru" checked and corrected basing on Russian community discussion. Other values taken from current language files.
