Is there a reason top-bottom menu navigation isn't possible? It might belong as a plugin, but it would be nice to press up on the top of a menu (i.e. in MyTV, "Guide") and loop back to the most-bottom on that menu. Obviously this would only be possible if the Top Bar plugin was disabled...

I agree that this should work with all menus, as well as the TV Guide, but perhaps the "Home" and "End" keys would be a better solution that wouldn't require disabling TopBar.
It is possible it just takes a bit of editing of the xml. It is also better if the skin does not have a topbar (like MCE 16x9). It is a matter of changing the <onup> value of the top button to be the id of the bottom button.

Well I don't use it very often either, but I also don't see any reason to make this an either/or solution.
What's the point of having your cake, if you can't eat it too?
The problem with a topbar for some people that actually use there HTPC as a pc controlled by a mouse, it triggers off the topbar very easily, NOT GOOD if watching a movie and you did not want it to happen.
