    Hi

how can i rename the top gear specials to they will be picked up correctly without having to use string replacements?

I believe the issue is the specials can contain 1-3 digits instead of the usual 1-2

it seems if the special is 3 digits it will not be picked up and you cannot manually choose the correct one

for example, Polar Special (Directors Cut) is special # 122

I have tried for above the following

    Top Gear.S0E122
    Top Gear.S00E122
    Top Gear.S00E0122

    with no success

    thx for any ideas

    cheers.

edit: specials list is here http://www.thetvdb.com/?tab=season&seriesid=74608&seasonid=22070&lid=7

Is there no way rename the files in a way it will parse it by default, so i dont to create a string replacement on every mediaportal client???

To be honest I am not sure why they dont add this, they know of the problem with 3 digit shows and have for awhile.

You can try it sure wont hurt, and it would help alot of people.

If you read Smash's link, you can see that a new default parsing expression is in the works. It is not to replace all of the parsing expressions, but to serve as a new starting one, which is why it is important to position it first.

It might have already been added in the current available release if more people would have tested it and provided feedback on errors.

However you can add it yourself easy, and yes if you got multiple clients that means you have to do it multiple times, but only once. Or wait till developers find it stable enough to be added in the plugin itself.
