Ok basically I'm now sick and tired of using an external player just because I can't play h264 .ts movie files with the internal player. I've tried ffdshow, cyberlink and coreavc. I have the latest Haali media splitter and also the latest ffdshow tryouts. I've been trying on and off getting this to work for about half a year now but without results. I managed a short successful test once when I switched from TSFileSource to TSReader, but since then nothing.

The attached log doesn't say much. I see there is an error, but that doens't tell (me) anything. Basically I've had various errors, or sometimes no errors over the last few months, so I don't know where to start.
The movies play fine with all other players I try.

File information:

File Type: MPEG-2 Transport Stream
Mime Type: video/mp2t
Video: H264
Audio: AC3

The attached rendered graph is as clear and simple as it gets, but apparently not for MP. Since it seems to be the TSReader, is it possible to have MP use Haali's splitter instead?

Please, I'll provide any logs or whatever is necessary. Can someone help me get this thing to finally work. If anyone knows how to make a small samle out of a .ts file let me know as well.

Thanks for the reply. I've noticed that this work for some files, but I usually get some form of playback issues. Issues like twice the normal playback speed, weird loops, hanging.

Mediainfo says:

Bit rate mode : CBR
Channel(s) : 2 channels

EDIT: Btw, isn't TSReader supposed to create a log of its own? Or was this only for testing a while back.
