TSfilesource subtitle pin configuration (1 Viewer)

Is there a way to turn on tsfilesource.ax subtitle pin by default?

I am trying to play a mpeg2 file with external .srt subtitles but tsfilesource used by Movies player does not pass subtitles to decoder filters because the pin is off. Only if the pin is turned on manually in graphedit are the subtitles passed to the next stage.

If there is any other way to pass subtitles please let me know.
