TsWriter.ax can't be registered in setup (1 Viewer)

I tried both last two TVEngine installation
tvengine3-02-23-2007--20-13h--Rev13075.zip
tvengine3-02-23-2007--21-55h--Rev13076.zip
and both give me the follow error during installation:
Module ....\...\...\TsWriter.ax failed to register. HRESULT -2147010895. Contact support personnel.

The latest TvEngine will not install... I'm getting:
Module C:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\TsWriter.ax failed to register. HRESULT -2147010895. Contact your support personel.

Tried it on two seperate servers with the same result.

UPDATE: Version 13077 also has this problem....

Same problem with 13077. Can't even manually register. regsvr32 tells "LoadLibrary("TsWriter.ax") failed - This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem."
