Tuning into the new Channels in germany (1 Viewer)

There are new HD channels in german TV.
Unfortunately when I try to receive them I get an error.(Preview failed:NoSignalDetected)
Here is the link to the settings for the channels.
I installed the lastet drivers for my Hauppauge PVR-5500.
Can anybody please help?

Hello

You need to make sure you do the unit conversion and set the modulation correctly. Use king of sat to get the right details:

For example, for the first one use the following settings:
frequency = 11494000 kHz
symbol rate = 22000 ks/s
polarisation = horizontal
modulation = 8 PSK
inner FEC rate = 2/3
pilot = on
roll off = 0.35

For DVB-S2 8 PSK transponders use 8 PSK; for DVB-S QPSK transponders use not set.

Polarization horizontal
Modulation 8 PSK2
FEC 2/3
Pilot On
Roll off .35
Network ID 1
Transport ID 1039
Service ID 10376
PMT PID 5410
Provider ARD
When these settings are set in "Add / Edit DVB-S Tuningdetail" and click "OK" , in the Edit Channel I can read under the column Details 1105,28MHz???
error is the Previewfailed:noPMTfound
Maybe that is the problem? MP seems to change the frequency...

wrong! you should set it to 11052750 kHz (have you forgot conversion rules between GHz and kHz?)

These are wrong.
For modulation, as I already said (!!!):

For DVB-S2 8 PSK transponders use 8 PSK; for DVB-S QPSK transponders use not set.

So, please use 8 PSK, not 8 PSK2. I know it might not make sense, but please trust that I know the code and this is the right setting to use.

You have not done the unit conversion correctly. You need 11052.75 * 1000 = 11052750 kHz.

Hi.
I use 11052000 instead of 11052750 and get 100% signal...
In the German PDF the frequency is listed as 11,053 Ghz so this seems not to be that exact. I'm pretty sure 11053000 should work also. But the decade has to be correct nevertheless...

Agree.
Tuners should be able to lock if the frequency is correct + or - ~10 MHz. This is the "acquisition range" specification.
