[Configuration] /[TV] Ability to lock the tuner on specific frequency (1 Viewer)

I can't find the function to lock the tuner on a specific frequency under the tv server configuration panels. It could be a good tool to check the signal when you try to tune an antenna (DVB-T) to get the best signal.

Is that improvement suggestion already existing?
