So, I have a Time Warner Cable connection, with just basic cable...about 35 digital channels, and some analog (i dont watch TV much, so dont know the exact counts)...but, I do know that there are quite a few digital channels...so, I have my ATSC card (Cats Eye 150), and no matter what I choose for the type of QAM or ATSC frequencies to scan, I keep getting 'no signal' on every channel...can anyone offer me any assistance?
For what it is worth, I am a US resident...as I know some countries differ in the types of frequencies that are used.
EDIT: I shoudl also note that I have PowerDVD installed, as I was reading around, and got the impression that it was required for HD broadcast.
