Hi,

first of all thanks for the great work on the TV-Series plugin. It's the most used part of my mediacenter

What do you think about a scraper for tv.com? They have really good information about episodes that go far beyond the normal reviews and actor lists.
Especially interesting for me would be the "Trivia", "Notes" and "Allusions".

For an example have a look at this:
Heroes: Volume One: Genesis

A nice page providing links to tv.com is epGuides, just go to epguides.com/<SeriesName> and you have a list of all episodes of your favorite tv shows.

Useless for non english speakers. But import rating woul be great because it sux in thetvdb

Currently sucks.

We've got a whole redesign underway that fixes a lot of the current issues, including ratings. We really want to allow people to submit information directly from their HTPC software (including My TVSeries). One possible recommendation when we're done is to ask My TVSeries, XBMC, Meedio, and myTV for MCE (the big 4) to prompt for a rating when an episode finishes (with a toggle on/off setting, of course). We're definitely over 100,000 users at this point so we could very easily come up with some good numbers very quickly.

Oh, we're also including trivia and allowing post-back comments from users, but I don't think we'll do allusions.

Hey szsori, just so you know My TVSeries already has support for rating a episode after it finishes

Ahh good. Pushing XBMC to include it as well should bump up the actual ratings considerably too, so more accurate data at that point.
