Tv dosen't start (1 Viewer)

Hello
i have a tv server (whic work correctly, i can see tv with vlan), and some client with windows7; i can't see tv, when i try to active tv it "flash" and doesn't work; i try with 3 client (with xp it works);
i try to disable firewall but is the same

Thanks for your help;
i understand that the problem is the different versione (on tv server i had first version 1.0), now i try to install 1.1beta but i received this error (i try with sql and with mysql, i try to clean registry and all files, i try to download 2 times....)

windows 2003 standard with last patch
no vga

Thats why you get that error!

to run server on W2k3 yo need to rename
TvService.exe.config and TvService.exe.config
TO
TvService.config and TvService.config
in tvserver installation directory
