[no Bug] TV-Guide doesn't work (1 Viewer)

Hi community!

After update from MP 1.2.3 i have noticed, that the TV-Guide doesn't work. Steps to reproduce:

1. Start MP in fullscreen
2. Start TV-Guide results in
3. 

I can reproduce this issue here with Default wide, PureVision HD 1080 & Avallonis. In error.log i see a lot of these entries:

2012-08-22 13:00:41.700877 [ERROR][MPMain(1)]: ProcessWindows exception:System.NullReferenceException: Der Objektverweis wurde nicht auf eine Objektinstanz festgelegt.
  bei TvPlugin.TvGuideBase.Process()
  bei MediaPortal.GUI.Library.GUIWindowManager.ProcessWindows()

This happened to me recently after re-installing MP. I had to import the radio mappings into WebEPG and it started working again.

Hi there,

The only time I've seen this issue, is when the low level data in the SQL tables is not correct (some of the group mappings were wrong).

You could try exporting....removing all your channels/groups...and then re-import.

I think I had to drop my database in the end and then re-import.

I remember seeing this before, but not quite sure what caused it...

Can you delete the TvPlugin.dll and reinstall it?

For me it can happen when db is fresh (no entry) so it can happen too on bad db.

You are sure this is no bug? - It happens on the 10-Row Guide only and there it seems to be a common issue. only the 8-line guide is working correct.

If 8 rows are working then it is not a bug in MP.. more a bug with the skin.
