TV Guide--NO DATA AVAILABLE (1 Viewer)

Can anyone give me some guidance to get the automatic listings for TV programs working?

Everything on my system reads "no data available"

I'm using mediaportal 1.02 and i live in Washington, DC (USA). I have analog cable (comcast). I've installed the TV server and followed the configuration information. MediaPortal works, but just not the TV Guide.

What do I need to do to get the system to pull down the tv guide information automatically?
