I have just uninstalled 1.0.2 and installed 1.1.0 RC 1, with the Microsoft DVB hotfix. Now, live TV only displays the first image "frame" and then freezes this image. The sound continues without a problem. I can switch channels and navigate in MP without a problem. When I change to another channel, it freezes on the first frame of the new channel and so on.

The TV server configuration channel preview works.
