TV only works sometimes (1 Viewer)

I'm kind of at witts end here. Over the past 1 1/2 years, I have rebuilt my MediaPC no less then 15 times, starting with versions pre 1.0 RC1. In all my builds, I have managed to get satellite tv, by extremely intermittent at best. When I try to tune to a scrambled channel, I usually get the message "Unable to start timeshifting, channel is scrambled", yet sometimes it will work. The funny thing is, I can exit MediaPortal, start DVB Dream and watch any channel that I want without failure.

I have played with the CAM setting in the TV Server Config, but that has not helped. I have included my logs in hopes that someone can shed some light on this.

Wow, I'm amazed that no one is able to help. After working more with my setup I realized that I can get more channels to tune in, but I have to keep selecting the channel 3-6 times. Hopefully this additional information will help.

Am I the only one experiencing this issue? Am I not providing enough information ?

I sometimes get a message when trying to tune a channel, I think it is the normal no video/audio detected message but trying again works, so there was not a signal problem. might be the same thing, my channels are not scrambled so my unable to start timeshifting messages might just be the unscrambled channel version of the same bug. I too have seen this in several versions (starting a lot before 1.0 anything).
