I upgraded from 1.0.2 -> 1.1.0 and now I can't watch TV. The client reports an "unknown error" and the server's log just repeats the following error:

Code:
2010-07-25 12:10:35.636875 [(9)]: Exception   :Error: DeveloperErrorUnclassified
Gentle.Common.GentleException: The columns idProgram, idChannel, startTime, endTime, title, description, genre, state, originalAirDate, seriesNum, episodeNum, episodePart, episodeName, starRating, classification, parentalRating in table Program do not exist.

   at TvDatabase.Channel.get_CurrentProgram()
   at TvService.TvCardContext.OnZap(User user)
   at TvService.TimeShifter.Start(User& user, String& fileName)

I have tried removing all channels and rescanning, but even after the server find all the channels again, the client still has an 'unknown error'. The client does not record anything in error.log.

I am using a separate, linux-based MySQL server to host the database and have queried the database to confirm that the case-sensitivity isn't at fault.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

I also had "unknown error" and a rescan did not fix that for me either, so I did a complete uninstall (removing all traces of MP) and reinstalled, now everything works...

Oh, I missread... I did an upgrade from 1.1.0 RC6 to 1.1.0 final... anyhow everything works great now...

Did you uninstall the database? That cannot be upgraded (i do not mean MySQL / SQL itself, but uninstall the MP schema). A full uninstall of 1.0.2 should do that trick.

If i recall correctly the instructions for 1.1.0 final specifies that previous versions of MP must be uninstalled - you cannot upgrade...
