TV Recordings not displaying (1 Viewer)

When I look in Windows Explorer I see the recordings inside the folder.
When I look in MP TV Recordings and I see the parent folder "Dinosaur Train" however it is shows empty.
When I go to the same folder in explorer they play fine using VLC so I know they are not corrupt.
There are about 20 recordings in the folder that fail to show.

My best guess is that there is a cache of MP Recorded TV that needs deleting which will force it to refresh.
I think the cache corrupted when my HD filled up last week. Now it the E: has free space and I need it to re-populate the recorded TV list in MP.

Funny.. happened to me as of yesterday also. Files still in folder, but not appearing in MP

The strange thing is that it keeps recording the shows but they wont appear in mediaportal.

did you manage to fix this problem? i have the same issue since mp1.1 rc1

No fix.
I work around it. I just have a shortcut to the subfolder on my desktop. I use VLC player to watch the movies which saves me going into the MP app.
I think some editing of the SQL tables is required to fix this. IMHO someone on the forum has the answer.

if you change the view (list view, symbols big, small..) the recordings are going to appear. Any idea how to fix this issue?

Hi there,

I can confirm I have the same problem.

Recorded several programmes via the EPG, then go into Recorded TV - and nothing appears.

If you then change the layout (from within Recorded TV), the recorded programmes appear

Are talking about MP1.1RC1 here, and using Blue3Wide or another skin, as cannot reproduce.

Logs are needed as usual please.

Hi there,

In my case yes - RC1 with Blue3wide

I have attached my log - not sure if it will show anything (although I have noticed an exception/stack error - which I dont believe is related, but I need to investigate).

The log contains the period of where I went into Recorded TV and it showed nothing, and then when I changed the layout.
