I have successfully installed MP 1.1.0 release. The problem I found is that the TV server cannot connect to local MySQL via localhost or "127.0.0.1" address. I found that I must have one active external link (e.g. the ethernet or the wi-fi) available with an valid IP address. Then, I also need to configure MySQL to bind with the external address, to get TV server successfully connected.
This is strange and also not convinient since I want the standalone MP machine offline in most of the time, but occasionally dial out to access internet. Is this any intentioned design of TV server? or how can I work around that?
Many thanks,
