I have 3 FireDTV DVB-C cards installed, each with their own Alphacrypt CAM.
If I go to TV servers - 'Server x' I see 3 cards and all have the CI Menu tab.
If I click on the CI Menu tab of the first card and click on the Open Menu button, all is OK and I can browse through the options of the CAM module.

- The first bug: if you click on the Back/Close button when on the top level, you are unable to open it again because the Open Menu button has become unclickable.
Closing tv server config is the only solution to access the menu again.

- Bug 2: If you use the Open Menu button of the CI Menu tab of any of the cards you are unable to use the Open Menu button of the other cards; the button is clickable but has simply no effect...
Closing tv server config is the only solution to access the menu of the other cards.

Logs attached (but I think they're useless)
