TV Server doesn't list Hauppauge HD PVR (1 Viewer)

Hello experts! I've been using MP for about a year now to play movies stored on my HD to my 1080p TV. I finally decided to make the plunge and start using MP for TV as well. I purchased the Hauppauge HD PVR today and have it set up on Windows XP.

It seems to be correctly installed as I can use the packaged software to record video from s-video. (I'll migrate to component and HD content once I get this all working!). However, TV Server 1.0 simply does not list the device in the "Cards" tab under "TV Servers". The Quick-start guide that comes up after the installation implies that the card should simply show up.

This was a new XP installation. I first installed the Hauppauge and drivers. Then I installed TV-server as a server (no MP). After I couldn't get this to recognize the device, I uninstalled it and tried the stand-alone MP + TV-Server installation. Same problem: It doesn't recognize the HD PVR.

Am I doing something wrong? I scanned the forums but found nobody with a similar problem.

Did you have a look at above and see if any help there.

No personal experience with that card, so you might be better asking for help in that thread, if you cannot find answer.

I actually started with that thread, but my head hurt after half a dozen pages or so. I'll review the rest of those posts and possibly post to that thread if I can't find anything.

UPDATE: I didn't find specific help in the thread, but I did download and install the tvn and sve builds from 3/26 which Garry posted. Now TV server sees the HD PVR.
