TV Server doesn't recognize Hauppauge PVR-500 in Vista (1 Viewer)

Stuck in the starting gate.

I performed a clean install of MP 1.0.1 with no errors (in Vista Ultimate), also installed latest Hauppauge PVR-500 drivers, however TV Server configuration doesn't recognize any cards in the system. The PVR-500 works fine in Media Center (both tuners).

Tried turning off MCE via the provided instructions (using MMC) but this didn't help.

Browsing through the log I note that it appears to have detected the cards fine initially during the installation but then starts reporting an "error while reading analog card configuration file" (see excerpt below).

It repeats the above error message in the log 4 or 5 times, with repeated init attempts.

I've dug around the forums but not yet found a solution for this. Hope someone can point out the error of my ways so I can proceed to trying out MP.

Thank you my friend, problem solved.

And thanks also to MisterD for sourcing the solution and ronilse for packaging the zip file. One roadblock out of the way, let's hope the rest goes easy.
