With MP RC2 I experience frequent TV server crashes, much like described in these posts:
https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/1-0-rc2-svn-builds-280/music-video-live-tv-tv-server-hangs-42948/
https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...-works-stable-first-start-after-reboot-42850/
https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/1-0-rc2-svn-builds-279/mytv-hangs-after-watching-movies-44153/
https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...ice-quits-when-activated-epg-when-idle-44130/
All crashes seem to follow the same scheme:
- if I start Live TV immediately after Windows boot, everything runs fine, even for hours
- if I boot Windows, then wait for some minutes before going to Live TV, TVserver has crashed
- if I stop Live TV, then do something else in MP (Music, videos,...), I cannot return to Live TV, TVserver has crashed
I have "EPG grabbing when idle" set. Now when I disable all EPG grabbing in TV Server Configuration, my system seems to run fine, so I assume that the effects have something to do with EPG grabbing.
Can I do something to help find this bug?
