tv server problem (1 Viewer)

My Tv server doesn't work for either MS SQL Server 2005 or My Sql installation.

When I install with MS SQL server, the tv server doesn't start because 2 ports are not reachable. However, I don't have any firewall software installed, and windows firewall is turned off.

So I uninstall everything, and restart the installation with My SQL option. This time an error occured during installation. The error message is "My SQL password set error". And the installation terminated.

What could be the cause of these problems?

Yes this happens to me too, during my installation for Vista 32, but i did the installation twice over the first one and it works, tried only with MySQL option
