TV-Server scanning crashes (on specific card) (1 Viewer)

Your help please.

TV-Server configuration crashes while trying to TV channel scan a specific card on my system.
Also if I try to scan for radio channels, it finds none (but the major problem is the crash above).

This happens only with my PVR-350. My HVR scans fine (TV, DVB-T and radio).
I have latest Hauppauge drives and card works fine with WinTV7.
Yes I have stopped Hauppauge TV service.

I have attached the log files.
Note:

- error log file is created ONLY after I select my PVR-350 card.
- Up to the point where you find "***" is before I click "scan".
