TV server User ID and password (1 Viewer)

I am in Vista SP1
When I open TV Server config it asks if I want Microsoft SQL Server or MY SQL
I do not know what i want

2) it asks for a user name and suggest sa ...what should my user name be?

3) it asks for a password ...i did not use a password on install and when i use mediaportal that password does not work

Your help appreciated to get me up.
I am an end user not a hacker.
I have a new Hauppage TV tuner card

If you did not change it during the installation, the default is username sa, password MediaPortal

Case sensitive

In depends on what sql server you install
If you do express installation (not custom) then
For MP 1.02 and earlier its MSSQL server and login: "sa" pass: "MediaPortal"
For MP 1.1 Alpha its MySql server and login: "root" pass: "MediaPortal"
You can try that 2 ways. one of them will be right.
