Bocinas Dell&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; Bocinas Dell AX210 Estéreo USBOur cable service here in Santiago is provided by VTR.&nbsp; We use basic cable channels, a few HD channels, and Fox News which is in an addon tier and I believe requires the DVR decoder to view.&nbsp; Access to Fox is important to me as it is the only US news channel we have access to.I realize there are a lot of variables in setting something like this up, so that's why I would love to find someone with specific knowledge of VTR, but any suggestions from people knowledgeable on the subject would be appreciated.I am looking for general and specific knowledge / recommendations on which TV card to try (if not available here, no problem getting from the states), which files to go after for purposes of channel schedules, etc., and whether there is any way to access scrambled channels such as FoxNews.The only specific functional requirement for the tuner card would be that I'd like one that allows more than one channel to be used.&nbsp; DVR functionality would also nice.It is possible in the future that we might have to move to a different building that does not offer VTR cable.&nbsp; In that case, MoviStar would be the most likely provider, though FoxNews would not be available.&nbsp; It's unfortunate here that service providers are so dependent upon what building you live in.Thanks in advance for any assistance that you can provide.</blockquote>
