Ive looked at allt he threads about this..I cannot find a solution. After almost 4 days of attempting to get this program to work...im am tired of it, and im ready to move onto something else If I cannot get help from someone. I dont have 12 hours a day trying to figure out how to get this working. I am not a software developer and I do not know how to use MySQl to get this working.

Ive tried all version of MP. To no avail. Nothing shows up under TV servers, there is nothing wrong with my computer, I was using sagetv and beyond tv before I found these programs. I thought to give it a shot becuase it was free and 80 bucks is too much money to pay for a tv program.

I do not understand why the servers do not show up....everything is up to day, ive uninstalled and reinstalled MySQL and MP. No dice.

Someone help?

It's too bad you are having a problem. I hope someone is able to help you. I will say though that this program IMO is still not meant for people that don't have time to tinker. It's really intended for us HTPC hobbyists. Even if you get this resolved you may end up facing something else that takes time. Just the nature of the beast. Good luck whatever you choose.

    okay

I will post the necessary information tommorow then. I already uninstalled the program, but i will give it another shot if someone is willing to help. I do have time to figure things out, but like i said. Im not a programmer, so i have no idea how the hell SQL works or why nothing shows up under TV servers..

Also, is there somewhere that I can get my system specs...I dont know where to find some of this stuff.
