When pressing the "All Grouped" button on the TV Channels--TV EPG Grabber screen of the TV Service configuration, it selects random channels. There does not seem to be a connection to my groups. This problem has been existing for months. I think in 0.2.3.0 it worked fine.

Yes, your right.
The Problem is, that only Channels are selected that have more than 1 group associated. Maybe you have deleted the "All Channels" Group like me.
I think that it is maybe better that user can't delete the "all channels group".
