TV Showing on Monitor, but black screen when using selector (1 Viewer)

Ok, mediaportal has been kicking my ass and jsut threw another spanner in the loop lol. Everything works PERFECTLY, the only issue, when i output to my TV via the screen selector option, I cant seem to watch any TV. None of the channels show and only a few show casual stutters of video. I'm using Overlay in my directshow settings [Klite] . So right now, I'm using my laptop and stuck watching TV on my 19" LCD.

As I said, using my monitor, its perfect, but I need to watch TV on the TV lol. Any suggestions??? TV is using S Video
