TV signal captures initially, then lost (1 Viewer)

Freshly installed Mediaportal RC4

In TV Server Config - TV Channels-> preview.... with either an S-Video or Composite Video source connected.....I see about 2 seconds of video in the preview window, then the screen goes to snow. Happens every time I try to preview on any of the channels in the list.

System Info:
HP SR5610F
AMD Athlon 64 X2 DC, 2.5Ghz, 3GB RAM
Windows Vista Home Premium, SP1

Capture Card: ATI Theater(tm) 550 Pro

any ideas?

HAve a look through the list of supported TV Cards. Supported_TVCards - MediaPortal Manual Documentation
I cannot seem to find your card listed.
