TV Stuttering (1 Viewer)

My live TV is stuttering sometimes and I have been unable to discern a pattern. It doesn't seem to be related to a particular channel or day/time of week. Sometimes it works fine at others it is almost unwatchable.

Could someone have a look at my logs and let me know if there something in particular I should be looking for.
