When I first turn on the tv, the video and audio are fine. When I change channel, both the video and audio stutter. The only way I can stop the stutter is to turn off the tv and turn it back on. After this, everything works fine...until the next time I change channel.
This is a problem that has been present in my system for a long time through many MediaPortal releases, both stable and SVN.
None of this helped.

- I have done countless clean installs of both Windows XP and MediaPortal and all of its components.
- I have tried numerous codecs.
- I have put the timeshift and recording folders on a dedicated HDD.
- I have switched off system restore.
None of this helped.

- Turned on MP
- Turned on TV and viewed for a short period (fine)
- Changed channel and viewed for a short period (stuttering)
- Turned TV off and On and viewed for a short period (fine)
- Exited MP
