TV2000XP Winfast card has problems with MP (1 Viewer)

1. TV Card: TV2000XP Winfast
MPEG2 Video Codec: default MP
MPEG2 Audio Codec: default MP
Remote: Coolcommand

When viewing live footage from my TV card via the PVR software it is running well. When I try to run it via MP the audio is not sync, and the images jitter and don't run smootly. I am not using this system as a dedicated HTPC yet, but are planning on using the card for a system which will be a dedicated system for HTPC.

Can anyone give me some hints about the problems I describe?
